I picked up this jacket from ottegear.com and I’ve been using it for a bit now. Overall, it’s decent. The wind resistance is actually good, and the jacket feels sturdy, like it’s built to hold up. I was kind of thinking it might be my go-to for most bad weather days, but then again I guess I always expect too much from gear once I start comparing prices in my head. In lighter weather, it does fine. The issue was steady rain. After a while, I still started feeling a little damp, which was disappointing. Not soaked or anything, just enough to notice and make me wish it performed better. So yeah, good jacket in some ways, just not quite what I hoped for in rain. For the price, I expected a bit more. I’d give it 3 stars...

I picked up a jacket and pants from Otte Gear, and honestly, the quality feels solid right out of the box. The material has a nice weight to it, the stitching looks clean, and the zippers haven’t given me any issues so far.
I’ve worn them a few times in wet and windy weather, and... no rips, no weird wear, nothing concerning yet. I did knock off a star because the sizing wasn’t quite what I expected, but overall, I’m happy with the gear.

I really like the look and feel of this, and it seems well made. The only thing is the sizing was a bit off for me, it runs a little small, so I’d probably size up next time. Still, it’s a nice piece and I’m happy with it overall

I was disappointed. I only used it twice and the seams already started coming apart. The fabric feels kind of cheap too, so I’m not sure it would’ve lasted much longer anyway.

I thought this was solid overall, especially for what it costs. It doesn’t feel cheap, but it’s also not trying to be super high-end, if that makes sense. For the price, I’m happy with it.

I ordered some gear and the shipping process was frustrating. The tracking barely changed, the delivery showed up later than expected, and I kept having to check on it myself because I didn’t want to end up losing money on something that might not even show up. The product seems okay now that it’s here, but the whole delivery experience was enough of a hassle that I don’t see myself ordering again anytime soon.

I actually liked using the site overall. The design feels clean, and I found myself thinking, okay, this is straightforward, especially on the gear pages. The filters worked without any fuss, which I always appreciate. A few of the photos did load a bit slowly for me, and I was kind of sitting there like, come on, almost there... but besides that, it was a good experience.

Customer service got back to me really quickly, and the return was super simple with zero hassle. Shocking, I know — a return process that didn’t make me question all my life choices.
